Edible Printing Accessory Kit for Canon Printers Using PGI-580/CLI-581

This edible printing accessory kit is for use with a new desktop printer either purchased from HobbyPrint® or an alternative retailer. The accessory kit, when used with the printer creates an "edible printer" to print photos and other graphics onto a variety of edible printable media for use in decorating cakes and other baking projects.

This accessory kit consists of:

    A set of 5 empty PGI-580/CLI-581 Refillable Cartridges
    500ml of Edible Ink, 100ml each of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and 200ml of Black
    Syringe and blunt needle - for filling the cartridges

Suitable for Canon Printer Models used as Edible Printers:

Canon Pixma:  TS705, Pixma TS705A, TS6350, TS6350A, TS6351, TS6351A

Note.
We do not recommend that the kit is installed into a printer which has previously been used with standard (non-edible) ink cartridges. This can cause cross-contamination of ink from the standard cartridges to the cartridges used for your edible printing.

Although we do not recommend this practice we recognise that some customers will choose to use a previously used printer for edible use. Whilst not endorsing this, if you choose this option an edible cleaning fluid should be used to clean and flush the print heads. Certain printer models have removable print heads, in this case, please check our video tab for cleaning a print head with running water.
