Dear all I would just like to say thank you for sorting out my "lost" printer. What a fabulous company you are! Firstly chasing my order up with DHL and then handled it all so well. Then quickly sent me another one and sorted all the paperwork out to claim for the lost one. So sorry that you had to go through all this due to the negligence of DHL. You are all superstars, especially the lady who I spoke to that I didn't get the name of. Thanks again  Paula King.

I recently purchased the G3560 edible ink bundle from Hobbyprint. There were not many sites selling the complete package ~ with papers and Ink ~ so this was the main reason for choosing Hobbyprint.  The site was very easy to use, this model was not available when I actually ordered the product. I wanted a Canon Printer with ink tanks and Wi-Fi, I compared all the packages and decided this was the best one for myself. I promptly received an email stating the printer had been superseded by the G3560 ~ would I like that instead. My response was of course yes. I received numerous communication from them and the box was delivered within a few days. Sadly I had some papers missing ~ so after a quick phone call the items were sent out ~ complete with an apology ~ and wonderful customer service ~ thank you. The printer was very easy to set up using the notes included plus the built in instructions on the printer and the ink tanks makes using the printer so much easier ~ less messy than cartridges ~ I use the prints for cakes and cupcakes. I would not hesitate to recommend Hobbyprint such a pleasure to speak to someone polite, helpful and honest.

Absolutely fabulous customer service and support from Mike Stone. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and creative in finding a solution for us. Our heat press was failing us at the wrong time and Mike arranged for a replacement to be shipped to us the following day. No hassle practical solution thinks about us as customers.
